Changing the landscape of recruitment
A new business providing online recruitment solutions has launched. Anita Dale has set up Recruit4talent (R4T) to help businesses position their company as an 'employer of choice' and attract the best candidates on the market cost effectively.
Anita started in recruitment back in the late 80's and has seen how the recruitment market has changed over the years. Having recognised the opportunities that existed in the online recruitment arena, she has subsequently spent the last 12 years specialising in this sector developing and enhancing her knowledge to support a vast spectrum of client's commercial recruitment requirements. Other members of the business have brought with them their experience of job boards and advertising, creating a fully rounded team.
The company, which launched in September has a team that boasts over 25 years combined recruitment and advertising experience. R4T offer a wide range of services including website design, job board postings, social media strategy, media planning and buying as well as other associated recruitment services.
This launch falls at a time when 41% of candidates are using social media and 68% are using search engines as part of their job seeking process. Also 80% of job seekers apply for jobs found online (NORAS).
Director, Anita said: "I decided to launch Recruit4talent after recognising a gap in the market for an online recruitment service that could offer a quality service at a competitive price embracing our recruitment knowledge. By utilising our recruitment and advertising backgrounds in conjunction with our knowledge of the online recruitment market, we will provide a credible solution for our clients wherever geographically located working across multiple job markets.
