Description

An experienced HR Administrator is sought by a leading builder’s merchant with two branches in and around north London, to join their team based in Welham Green.

As Human Resources Administrator you will be responsible for general HR duties including absence and holidays, advertising new vacancies and preparation of new starters.

Your primary duties as HR Administrator will include:
Recruitment:

  • Advertising roles online & with preferred supplier agencies
  • Offer letters
  • Contracts of employment
  • Pre employment checks
  • Set up on HR system, gathering of information required to be input to the HR system

New starters:

  • Set up on clock in machine
  • Induction on Cascade
  • Employee handbook
  • Supporting line managers by producing documentation they require for their department induction

Reporting:

  • Absence
  • Holidays

Disciplinaries:

  • Invite letters
  • Taking notes at disciplinary meetings
  • Creating outcome letter of disciplinary

The successful HR Administrator will have:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

  • £23,000 - £25,000 salary
