System Edström, was founded in 1958 in Sweden to provide racking systems for service vehicles. Since then, the company has been at the cutting edge of product development, sales and service in the van storage sector. With more than 30 years’ experience in the UK, System Edström provides efficient and safe LCV conversions to leading service industry companies. It also works with local authorities, procurement agencies and public organisations. Following continuous growth and expansion an exciting new development role has been created for a talented Sales Co-Ordinator.
Role
Reporting to the UK Conversations Sales Manager and working collaboratively across the business functions, you will provide the team and customers valuable support, including.
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with our Lease Partners and provide periodic reports.
- Manage SME account portfolio and support Area Sales Managers with Key Account management.
- Work with System Edstrom Approved Installers to manage the process of third-party conversions and maintain timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with dealerships and OEMs to arrange onward movement of vehicles post conversion.
- Oversee the process of tender submissions and meeting rigid deadlines.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database by entering and updating client information as well as ensuring accurate quote data.

- The ability to manage an account base and recognise new business opportunities.
- A keen eye for detail and ensure the effective administration of processes and procedures within our sales cycle.
- Take ownership of timely submissions of quotation and tender submissions with a focus on ensuring concise content.
- The desire to develop commercial relationships and accumulate industry knowledge.
- Maintain strong internal relationships and work closely with Operational colleagues as well as with Customer Support Team in managing client and partner expectations.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organised and have the experience to manage processes with attention to detail and a strong analytical approach.
