Account Manager with agency experience is sought by aa RAR award-winning digital marketing agency in Leeds. They’re highly regarded as a market leader and have been recognised for creating design for some of the most well-known household brands in the UK.

Following the expansion of a key account, and the recent acquisition of two new accounts, they’re looking for an accomplished client services to act as a primary contact for clients.

The Role:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, as an Account Manager you’ll ensure the smooth running of marketing and PR activities across all channels, playing a pivotal role in growth of new and existing accounts. Your key duties will include:

  • Create and maintain key clients’ marketing content plans
  • Day-to-day management of marketing & PR campaigns
  • Completing projects to schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Regular communication and meetings with clients to forward plan and review past activity
  • Offer direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the best outcome to achieve marketing & PR goals
  • Involvement in creation and occasional delivery of new pitch presentations
  • Quickly resolve any issues communicating effectively with the wider team and directors
  • Updating client activity in Salesforce

The successful Account Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in account management at an agency, ideally 2 years or more
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluent written and spoken English
  • Awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
  • Willing to travel to client sights as required for review meetings
