A Digital Account Manager is sought by a top ranked, highly regarded Search marketing agency based in Leeds city centre. Reporting directly to the Head of SEO this Executive will join a well-established SEO team that has recently won a string of high profile international awards for their work.

The Role:

As a Digital Account Manager you will be using your skills to advise clients on high value SEO campaigns across a wide variety of sectors strengthening client relationships to ensure the agencies incredibly strong reputation is built upon. Your day to day duties will include:

  • Client liaison and management
  • Account management including weekly status reports, control of day to day jobs, estimating and financial reporting
  • Copy and language checking to maintain high standards on all assets
  • Creative review and feedback
  • Verbal and written communication including presenting to clients and the senior team
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Identifying new opportunities and reporting back to the senior team
  • Proposing new marketing ideas in line with the client strategy
  • Working with SEO/PPC, Technical and Content specialists on integrated strategies for clients
  • Following existing processes, and developing new ones, within the client services function
  • Ensuring all relevant processes are followed by the client services team.
  • Supporting all members of the client services team with client liaison and support with client relationships where required.

The successful Digital Account Manager will demonstrate:

  • Experience working within a client services team in an agency
  • Ability to strategise, develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong working kno0wledge of SEO, Content and PPC
  • Track record of managing and delivering on a variety of projects
  • An ability to identify and facilitate up-sell opportunities throughout the client portfolio
  • The desire to develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of clients
