Recruit 4 Talent are part of a multi-national recruitment company who are part of a large privately owned recruitment organisation who turnover in excess of £650M.  As one of its’ boutique brands,  Recruit 4 Talent have now been operating for seven and a half years and are looking to develop the business base further. 

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team and run and established desk with a turnover of £100k-£120k.  Promoting our traditional recruitment solutions, this service focuses on attracting the best IT Digital space professionals in the market to meet the needs of our client’s requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

This role will suit a highly motivated self-starter who relishes the opportunity to work in a fast paced dynamic recruitment environment.  This is a well-established desk with a current turnover of around £120k based on repeat business with our current client portfolio.  New business is generated from an established PSL and is self-generating.  You will be expected to grow the desk turnover year on year.

  • Your experience will consist of the following:-
  • Previous IT Digital recruitment experience
  • Happy to generate new B2B sales opportunities over the phone and face to face.
  • Existing B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability to perform in a consultative manner with strong communication skills   both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft office suite
  • You will possess a successful track record in sales and you will have access to detailed company data 
  • Possess the ability to demonstrate and the knowledge to network effectively.

Job Description

  • The position of IT Recruitment Consultant would suit someone with:
  • A proven track record in IT permanent recruitment
  • B2B sales experience selling to a senior level.
  • Experience of building relationships and products to suit the client’s needs.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the sales lifecycle and prove overachievement.
  • Plan recruitment strategies with clients.
  • Responsible for your defined territory base as it grows and the smooth running and development of those accounts. 
  • Building on existing client relationships to help extend and identify further opportunities within the client.
  • Effectively planning project delivery in terms of resources, costs and timelines
  • Tracking and management of client requirements in line with resource requirements.
  • Maximising profit opportunities through delivery efficiencies, cost control and identification of up selling.
  • Support in scoping and costing existing and new client projects and proposals.

  • £20,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
  • Open ended commission structure
  • 8.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
  • Additional day off for Birthday
  • 21 days holiday rising with service to 25 + stats
  • Executive offices based on Hagley Road, Edgbaston
