Start Date

Experienced Office Administrator sought by an international, omni-channel hair & beauty service provider and retailer to support the Regional Management team and perform general office admin duties, based out of their Birmingham City Centre office.

As Office Administrator your duties will include:

  • General administrative duties supporting the 11 Regional Managers
  • Supporting the finance department in producing & distributing sales reports for the field team
  • Investigating and resolving banking and credit card issues with the salons
  • Provide accurate & detailed information for Regional Managers in preparation for meetings, producing PowerPoint presentations, meeting handouts, room/travel bookings etc.
  • Ordering and tracking incentive awards for the field team
  • Booking train travel for meetings and events
  • Covering holidays for the Education Administrator
  • Assisting with payroll administration, emails and calls

The successful Office Administrator should have the following:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a general office administration role
  • Advanced ability in Excel is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills particularly via email & phone, and engaging with a diverse range of people
  • Confidence to advise and update management on situations
  • Ability to use own initiative and work in a standalone role
  • Proven excellent organisational skills, able to manage own workload & prioritise effectively
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident in own abilities, assertive when challenged but open to other ideas and methods
