The leading care company in Essex with significant growth ambition is looking for a confident and experienced Regional HR Advisor to partner with designated regions to deliver a comprehensive, professional HR advice and support service to managers.
The HR team has recently developed an ambitious workforce strategy to support the business aims and objectives and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team to drive this forward at this exciting time.
You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive HR advice and support service with regards to complex case work and change management programmes as well as being a coach and mentor to line managers to develop their capability to enable them to manage and develop their staff effectively.
In addition you will lead on bespoke project work, policy development and provide line management training for your regions.
Educated to degree level with a CIPD qualification or relevant work experience, you will have a proven track record of taking the lead in resolving complex employee relations issues and know how to design and deliver change programmes, translating strategy into implementation plans.
You will be an effective communicator with good influencing and sound decision making skills with the ability to work in a fast moving complex environment, delivering service excellence and dealing with difficult situations.
