As a Service Director you will lead yourself, and others, to make a real difference in the work you do together. This means being accountable for delivering results, in a responsible, innovative, inclusive and enthusiastic way, and at all times acting as an ambassador for Salix Homes.
In addition, you will uphold our values, maintain the integrity of our organisation, and act as a role model, by demonstrating, and setting the standards that shape our culture, and how we go about our business.
Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders is vital along with the appetite and ability to identify and drive improvements supporting and playing an integral part in delivering the corporate plan. You will be responsible for:
It is essential you are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven and practical experience of working in the housing sector.
Ideally you will possess wider exposure to some of the broader aspects of the role but for the right candidate this can be gained whilst undertaking the role if you have demonstrable experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
The role will operate within a challenging but dynamic environment and will give the successful applicant exposure to the board and both internal and external stakeholders so the ability to build trusted and long standing relationships are key.
