Support Analyst with experience delivering exceptional levels of technical advice in a 1st/ 2nd line capacity is sought by a market leading utilities services company based in Harrogate. On a day to day basis the Support Analyst will use their previous experience with Microsoft Server 2008/2012, Windows 7/ 10 operating systems, Exchange 2010 and Active Directory to provide concise and accurate advice both on the phone and in person affording you fantastic scope to experience a varied working life with opportunities to learn new technologies and progress quickly.
