As the owner and also a hands on recruiter, I have owned this business since June 2011 and I have personally been in recruitment since February 1987. How can I forget that date, the year that changed my life! I have learnt so much over the years, met some wonderful people along the way and have so much to be grateful for. I have worked for and with some key players in the business over the years and helped hundreds of candidates find their next move. The duration of time that I have spent in most of my roles demonstrates my understanding, knowledge and success in the roles I have undertaken.
Since running my own business I have been successful at building a strong database of clients who use our services and return time and again as required. Why? because they know me, they like how we operate, the processes we follow, the quality of the candidates we provide, the way we present our candidates, the candidate overviews and so on.
And in some instances clients ask us to carry out additional HR related services because they know we are experts in our field. You don’t spend this much time in recruitment if you don’t love it and consider yourself an expert with 30 plus years and 40 plus years as a team.
Our vision isn’t to be the biggest and compete with the big boys (although we do on a regular basis!) but to offer the best candidates, and the most personal and professional service that we can so our clients use us repeatedly and candidates are forever grateful for the support they have received along their journey to a new role.
